Director: Stephan Elliott
Synopsis: A transexual named Bernadette and two drag queens named Anthony, AKA Mitzi, and Adam, AKA Felicia, are requested to preform in a resort in the Austrailian desert. They take a lavender bus called Priscilla and on the way their bus breaks down, and gets fixed by Bob who joins in on their travels, and then they discover Anthony has a wife at the resort they are going to.
Review: This is a film that every straight person should see. The screenwriter created three drags queens from the cloth of everyday life, an older person, who happens to be transgendered, an average guy next door and a pretty muscle boy. You can say that this film is about “the great reach of little lives. We also see, in Anthony Bellerose’s story, that sexuality is not a cut-and-dried affair. Underneath it all, we see that these people aren’t much different from those we meet ion our daily lives.
I give this movie a 4 out of 5!
